Public

The Registration Annual and Special Reporting System provides access to publicly available PCAOB information concerning accounting firms. You can search firms by name, first letter of firm name, country or audit practice. You can also access a complete list of firms.

New Users

You will need a username and password to register your firm with the PCAOB.

Authorized Users

Access your firm's registration and reporting forms:

  • Registration Application (Form 1)
  • Annual Report (Form 2)
  • Special Reports (Form 3)
  • Succeeding to Registration Status of Predecessor (Form 4)
  • Auditor Reporting of Certain Audit Participants (Form AP)
  • Registration Withdrawal (Form 1WD)
Test User Accounts

This application demonstrates functionality based on user roles. You may log in using one of the test accounts listed below to explore the system as:

  • Admin only – to manage form metadata.
  • Admin + FirmUser – to manage metadata and also create/manage firm-level forms.
  • FirmUser only – to create and manage forms associated with your firm.

To switch roles, please log out using the Account menu in the upper-right corner and log back in with a different test user.

Role-based features such as form metadata management and firm form creation are automatically enabled based on your assigned roles.

  • crossg@pcaobus.org – Roles: SystemAdmin
  • contact@summitassurance.com – Roles: FormDataUser

Navigation Tips
  • Firm users: Use the "Manage Your Forms" button in the Authorized Users panel to view, create, and manage forms for your firm.
  • Admins: Access form metadata management through the navigation menu.
  • Public users: Use the search functionality to explore publicly available firm information.
